PERSONAL LIFE
As for when you see me out of the office, I am a huge Foodie! I live to eat. Whether I’m hitting my favorite restaurants or experimenting in my kitchen, I love indulging in all that is organic and local. I am a big wine and whiskey fan and I enjoy attending tastings and learning as much as I can about all things vino and peated.
I am also a big movie buff and a bit of a sci-fi geek. You may find me cuddling up with my cats and a book, obsessing over music and Doctor Who, or watching horror films and supernatural themed tv shows with my dog (he loves the scary stuff).
Currently splitting time between France and US, which supports my foodie habit and gives me a nuanced perspective on cross-border business.

PROFESSIONAL PASSIONS
Business and contract law are where I focus my practice. These areas include entity formation and team structuring, contract review and drafting, business transactions, and outside general counsel activities. I work with business owners, whether startup, established, or independent to manage legal issues that arise for their businesses as they grow and evolve. I particularly like the challenge of implementing new business models, such as sustainable and social enterprise models, employee owned cooperatives, nontraditional industries, as well as working through the atypical business deals.
